Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price will not be affected by any subsequent changes.
Payment for products and services can be made via credit card or other payment methods listed on the website. AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd offers flexible payment options, including installment plans for eligible purchases (*conditions apply).

2.2 Warranty Policy

All air conditioners sold by AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd come with a one-year warranty on the air conditioning unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty coverage is subject to proper usage and regular maintenance as recommended. Failure to follow proper maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation (by third parties), or unauthorized modifications.

2.3 Installation and Maintenance

AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd offers free installation for air conditioners purchased through our store. Installation will be performed by our certified professionals.
Three free maintenance services are included with each air conditioning unit purchased, as part of our customer care package.
Any additional maintenance or repair services requested outside of the complimentary services may incur charges as per our service pricing.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds for returned products will be issued once the returned items have been inspected and deemed to be in acceptable condition.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Installation services, maintenance services, and parts used for repairs are non-refundable once delivered or performed.

4. Limitation of Liability

AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, improper installation by non-certified technicians, or failure to follow product instructions.
AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays in product delivery or service performance due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions.
