  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or special-order products, as well as specific non-returnable items such as installation services, maintenance services, and parts used for repairs, are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective.

2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the following criteria:

Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or scheduled for installation by contacting us at 077 281 0773 or 077 203 0247. Once the product has been dispatched or installation has been initiated, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Refund for Canceled Orders: Canceled orders that meet the cancellation criteria will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Service Returns

All air conditioners purchased from AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd come with a one-year warranty on the air conditioning unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor. If your product requires repair or service within this period, please contact us to schedule an appointment with our certified technicians.

  • Warranty Service: Warranty repairs and services must be performed by AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd or its authorized service providers. Using third-party services may void your warranty.
  • Non-Warranty Services: For services outside the warranty period or coverage, charges will apply as per our service pricing.

7. Important Notes

  • AVS Cool Care Pvt Ltd is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Returned products must be in re-sellable condition, without any damage, and in their original packaging. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the return being rejected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If payment was made using a credit card, refunds will be processed back to the same credit card.
